You may not impersonate Knock Knock or create confusing representations. No coupon, bargain, or cashback websites allowed. Violations will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Inactivity for 6 months may lead to account termination and loss of unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to update these terms anytime. Payouts: Paid via PayPal. Must provide a valid PayPal email. Minimum payout is $50 USD. Paid monthly at the start of each month. 1. Enrollment in the Program 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old with legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. No bot or automated registrations. 1.2 Registration: You must complete our affiliate registration form. Knock Knock reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. 2. Affiliate Responsibilities 2.1 Promotion: You agree to actively and ethically promote Knock Knock using your unique referral link. 2.2 Compliance: You will comply with applicable laws, anti-spam, privacy, and intellectual property regulations. You may not: Display explicit, sexual, violent, defamatory, or unlawful content. Promote hate, gambling, or political/religious ideologies. Violate copyright, trademark, or IP rights. Include “Knock Knock” or variations in your domain names. Impersonate Knock Knock visually or verbally. Offer unauthorized coupons or rebates. Mislead users with false claims or fake discounts. Use hidden pop-ups, cookie stuffing, or deceptive practices. 2.3 Accurate Representation: Your content must accurately reflect Knock Knock’s offerings without exaggeration or false claims. 2.4 Prohibited Activities: No coupon, cashback, or bargain sites. No “click to see coupon” traps or misleading deals. No keyword bidding on branded Knock Knock terms or variations (e.g., “Knock Knock discount”). No multiple affiliate accounts. No self-referrals, family, or company purchases for commissions. No creation of new accounts if previously terminated. 3. Commission Structure and Payment 3.1 Commission Rates: Rates are visible in your affiliate dashboard and may change with prior notice. 3.2 Qualified Referrals: Only paid subscriptions via your referral link qualify for commissions. 3.3 Payouts: Paid in USD, monthly, via PayPal. 3.4 Minimum Payout: $50 minimum threshold required before payout. Commissions accumulate until this is met. 3.5 Payment Method: Ensure your PayPal email is correct and updated. 3.6 Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 6 months with <$50 balance may be closed, and unpaid commissions forfeited. 4. Term and Termination 4.1 Term: These terms remain effective until terminated by either party. 4.2 Termination for Cause: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination. 4.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you forfeit commissions below the $50 threshold and lose access to your affiliate account. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Limited License: You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Knock Knock’s logos and promotional materials solely for affiliate promotion. 5.2 IP Rights: All rights to Knock Knock’s IP remain with Knock Knock. Do not modify or redistribute assets without written permission. 6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 No Warranty: The program is provided “as is” without warranties on availability or tracking accuracy. 6.2 Liability Limit: Knock Knock is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. 7. General Provisions 7.1 Modification: Knock Knock may modify these terms at any time, with updates shared on your dashboard. 7.2 Relationship: This program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. 7.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with disputes resolved exclusively in Auckland courts. By participating in the Knock Knock Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms of Service.
